Third-Party Maintenance (TPM)

TPM covers your servers, storage, and network hardware after OEM warranty or support contracts expire, often at a lower cost than manufacturer renewal.

Manufacturer support contracts get expensive as hardware ages, and OEMs eventually stop covering older models entirely. Third-party maintenance keeps aging-but-functional hardware supported without forcing a refresh cycle you're not ready for.

Coverage is quoted per device or per environment, so you can mix TPM and OEM support across your estate as it makes sense.

Frequently asked questions

TPM is hardware support from a provider other than the original manufacturer. It often costs less and can cover hardware the OEM has stopped supporting.
